We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling wireless products, and assisting customers with their inquiries.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting the right wireless products and services to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless products and services is an advantage
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
