Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Modern office setting * Food provided * Regular social events * Casual work attire ```Duties``` - Perform PNL each month -Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions and resolve any discrepancies - Utilize QuickBooks software to manage and maintain financial records - Process accounts payable and account receivables and ensure timely payment of invoices - Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger reconciliations - Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions - Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards - Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation - Proficiency in using QuickBook Desktop software for financial management - Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures - Ability to prepare and post journal entries accurately - Knowledge of technical accounting principles and ability to research and implement new standards - Understanding of GAAP and ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
