Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk

PAYROLL AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ENTRY POSITION The position entails receiving time sheets from field employees and entering time tickets into Sage 50 (formerly Peachtree).
Reconciling the data to ensure correct entry and generating payroll for approximately 100 employees.
The position will also entail reviewing accounts payable invoices submitted by vendors, reconciling them against the purchase order log, and entering into the Sage 50 system.
Other general office tasks as required.
Requirements: Experience in Sage or other similar software such as QuickBooks.
Basic Excel skills; knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP is preferred.
10-key skills or highly proficient on the keyboard for data entry.
