Our company is looking for a recruiter to join our Recruitment Department.
We're looking for an individual who can handle multiple tasks and is capable of prioritizing projects to accomplish daily goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a customer service-oriented position.
The responsibilities of this position may include cold calling, interviewing job candidates, researching and recommending specific candidates to fill positions, client contact and telephone interviews, job posting, screening potential applicants, updating job postings and tracking applicant status.
Requirements
* Highly motivated and driven to outperform.
* Computer skills required - Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products.
DriverReach software a plus.
* Proficient in verbal and written communications.
* Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
* Good problem solving and inter-personal skills.
* Experience in the fast-paced office, with little down time is essential.
* Staffing or recruiting experience a plus.
* Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.
00 per hour
