We're hiring full-time positions for CNA’S.
This position has a schedule pattern known as a 2/2/3 rotation.
Your two-week pattern will repeat- (3) 12 hour shifts your first week, then (4) 12 hour shifts your second week, to include every other weekend.
The hours for day shift will are 6am-6pm however night shift hours are 6pm-6am.

*Job Summary:* The Nursing Assistant's primary function is to provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
This position will perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, change linens, and move residents as directed or needed.
*Essential Functions / Duties:*
* Provide direct resident care as assigned, conduct resident rounds daily, and perform nursing care as noted below:
* See and answer call lights on our unique system that also allows you to communicate with your team on your company issued phone without hunting down co-workers when you need help .
* Change incontinent residents; wash and dry soiled residents.
* Walk ambulatory residents; this includes taking them to the bathroom.
* Give showers, or bed baths to residents.
* Complete ADL care given to residents on EMR-Quick-Mar that outlines real time care needs.
* Review care plans, document in nursing assistant notes ADL-Quick-Mar care provided to the resident and the resident's response or lack of response to care provided.
* Participate in resident care daily meeting and other facility meetings as assigned; participate in the development of an individualized plan of resident care for residents as assigned.
* Responsible for the safety of residents under his/her supervision.
* Follow facility procedures for admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
* Listen to resident, family, or physician concerns and initiate corrective action and/or report concerns to Administrator and Administration Staff.
* Operate computers programmed with software needed to record, store, and analyze resident information; operate copy/fax/printer machines to send documents and produce documents.
