Requirements:
• Current Texas RN or LVN with experience completing and submitting MDS, Resident care plans in a nursing home environment.
• Strong working knowledge of PDPM and Skilled Nursing
• Demonstrated ability to perform concurrent MDS reviews, assuring appropriate RUG category achievement.
