The Job You Will Perform:
The Fiber Procurement Representative is responsible for the purchase and delivery of fiber products to a paper mill, including pulpwood, chips, and fiber fuel (biomass).
The Fiber Procurement Representative supports the Fiber Specialist in raw materials acquisition, harvesting, logistics coordination, contract negotiations, and inventory management.
This includes safety and other operational aspects.
This position will conduct fiber procurement activities in support of the Valliant Mill, be accountable for fiber cost and volume targets as well as responsible for fiber quality and logistics.
Additionally, this position will oversee relationships with vendors to ensure compliance with contracts, company policies and procedures including safety, financial, environmental performance and fiber certifications.
The successful candidate will be expected to relocate to the Valliant, OK basin.

Bachelor’s degree (Forestry, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Transportation, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain)

Fiber procurement experience is desired.
