Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Days 7A-7P Idabel, Oklahoma • Full-time • Based on Experience This position is for a LPN in the Emergency Department, or the Medical Surgical unit.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.
The LPN will work collaboratively with the physician and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
The LPN will adhere to all policies and procedures and remain current with best practices and trends in the field of nursing.
Responsibilities Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs Provide direct patient care and treatments Administer medications according to orders Document all care provided in accordance with hospital policy Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Report any changes in patient condition to the physician Qualifications Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice Knowledge of nursing process, healthcare techniques, and patient care standards Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
