Mobile Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.
NP will be seeing patient in their homes at flexible schedules .
The Nurse Practitioner will be working directly with patients to manage their health under a supervising physician.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in patient care, and also enjoy collaborating with other health care professionals, monitoring patient cases and advising on preventative care.
Responsibilities: * Diagnose and treat common illnesses in adults.
* Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and other health care providers on preventing, diagnosing, and treating illness.
* Monitor a patient's progress after treatment and communicate any necessary follow-up care to the appropriate professional care provider.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $80.
