Overview:
Attention all administrative staff, we are calling on you to help us provide data entry for dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members.
We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Texas on an "as needed basis".
We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
U.

Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
Air National Guard (ANG)

Responsibilities:
Greet Soliders.
Handle Soliders check-in and check-out.
Provide additional admin support as necessary.
Complete event set up, take down and maintenance.
Schedule:
Must have weekend availability
Qualifications:
Experience with administrative functions
Experience working with computers
Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
Experience in customer service
Great interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and courteous demeanor
Possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record and current automobile insurance that provides comprehensive and liability coverage.
