The Sportsplex is hiring a Member Experience Associate!!
We are looking for resilient individuals who are passionate about health & fitness!!!
The Membership Experience Associate is responsible for all aspects of member retention and satisfaction.
To be a successful candidate, you must be knowledgeable about health and fitness, have excellent customer service skills, and have the initiative to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the accurate execution of membership changes and agreements.
Schedule prospects for free consultations, fitness assessments, and orientations as appropriate.
Attend public, private, corporate, and HCE hosted events to support all other assigned duties.
Identify and create strategies for the remittance of delinquent accounts.
Identify and create strategies to mitigate account cancellations.
Execute new member sales and tours.
Assist with developing brand strategy and implement content.
Greet members & verify information/data in the computer (payment method, membership, address, etc).
Provide assistance and information to members when requested.
Answer calls, emails, faxes, and any other means of communications promptly and courteously.
Monitor and assure that gym forms are replenished in a timely manner.
Perform cashiering duties.
Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as directed.
Clean and sanitize equipment, offices, lockers, tables, chairs, windows, restrooms, etc.
Sweep, mope buff, and vacuum floors.
Clean up any mess or trash inside or outside of the facility.
Carry out routine maintenance of equipment and ensure they are safe to use and report any defects.
Ensure equipment is returned to its rightful place and does not leave the facility.
Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice
Observe, identify, and do what is needed to move us forward in a way that best represents who we are as an organization
Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's Values
Salary: $12/hr & up (Depending on Experience)
